Job description:
Lowe’s is currently seeking a dedicated Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and phone calls. 2. Assist clients with product information, order status, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 5. Persuasion and innovation skills.
