Job Description:
S&P Global is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate level position, the Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through online channels. This part-time position requires at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly through online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed. 4. Identify opportunities to improve the client support process and present recommendations to management. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients in their inquiries. 6. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Driven and resourceful personality traits with a problem-solving mindset. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. 4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Experience in a client-facing role or customer service environment. 7. Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus.
