Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Hanesbrands, a leading apparel company, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online shopping experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and online shopping trends.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and driven personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficient in using online communication tools and systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
