Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Hess is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role offers the opportunity for growth and development within a supportive and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through online platforms - Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Document and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a positive image of the company


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Proficiency in using online platforms and technology - Experience with CRM systems is a plus


Soft skills: - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
