Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Online Client Support Specialist to join our team at Liberty Interactive in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Online Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues or concerns, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Monitor online platforms for client feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to address any negative feedback - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of online client support strategies


Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Excellent emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with client needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
