Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, this part-time role will provide you with valuable experience in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with product information - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Make decisions on behalf of the company when resolving customer concerns - Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions with customers - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times and customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with other duties as assigned by the Online Contact Center Supervisor


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work well under pressure - A cooperative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms - Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands - Must be detail-oriented and organized - High school diploma or equivalent required
