Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team at TJX in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through various digital communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and product inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Provide feedback to improve internal processes and procedures. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Driven and energetic personality traits. 8. Strong planning and organizational skills.
