Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is currently seeking an Entry Level Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Online Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilizing online platforms to communicate with customers and provide guidance on products and services - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns effectively - Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential - Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence customers - Strategic planning abilities to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic - Ability to work part-time hours

Personality Traits: - Adaptable to changing customer needs and market trends - Reliable and consistent in providing high-quality customer service

Soft Skills: - Persuasion skills to promote products and services effectively - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate and address customer needs
