Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Visteon is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The main responsibilities of the Online Contact Center Associate include responding to customer inquiries via various digital platforms, providing support and advice, and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries - Manage customer accounts and update customer information as needed - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality

Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
