Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate level position, the Online Contact Center Officer will be responsible for managing online customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer service through various online communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer enquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Managing online chat support and email correspondence with customers. 4. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up. 6. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 7. Assisting with online marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online contact center role. 2. Reliable and energetic personality traits with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent emotional intelligence and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Knowledge of online customer service best practices. 8. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
