Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at Kohl's in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Provide support for online orders, returns, and exchanges - Process payments and refunds accurately - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to address customer needs - Assist with training new team members as needed - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality assurance

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills for effective people management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
