Job Description:

Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing and documenting customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
