Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job description:


Abbott Laboratories is currently seeking a dynamic Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are adaptable, energetic, and interested in developing their decision-making and time management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize the company's CRM system to track customer interactions, update information, and generate reports as needed. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online customer service strategies to enhance overall customer engagement and loyalty. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers and address their needs.


Requirements: 1. Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Must be energetic and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. No prior experience required - training will be provided.
