Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Anixter International is seeking a highly motivated and driven Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role, with a passion for providing excellent service to our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order processing, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any customer concerns or complaints. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools. 6. Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations. 7. Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
