Job Description:
As the Online Customer Care Manager at Cablevision Systems in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online customer service experience for our valued clients. You will oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure that all online inquiries, complaints, and feedback are handled promptly and efficiently. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a positive brand image and building customer loyalty through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer service experience - Train and mentor customer service representatives to provide excellent service - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Implement innovative solutions to enhance the online customer care process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful and able to think outside the box to solve customer issues - Experience with strategic planning and implementing innovative solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
