Job description:
We are seeking a resilient and passionate Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at O’Reilly Automotive in Abu Dhabi. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with at least 7 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing our online customer care department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service experience - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improvement - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent service delivery - Identify training needs and provide ongoing support and guidance to team members - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer care - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer engagement and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Monitor key performance indicators and report on department performance to senior management - Oversee the development and implementation of online customer care policies and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in online customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation and creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in customer relationship management software - Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and online sales processes - Ability to lead a team and drive results - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Strong organizational and time management skills
