Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Becton Dickinson is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing our online customer care team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures. 2. Monitor online customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and accurate responses. 3. Train and supervise online customer care team members to deliver high-quality service. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a management role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent time management and organization skills. 5. Persuasive and adept at problem-solving. 6. Proficiency in online customer service tools and platforms.
