Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Mohawk Industries is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or e-commerce environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 5. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for business growth. 6. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong people management and teamwork skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management systems. 5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
