Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Southwest Airlines is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various digital platforms. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address any customer concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience and provide feedback on opportunities for improvement. 4. Proactively engage with online customers to promote brand loyalty and drive sales through personalized interactions. 5. Create and maintain customer profiles to track preferences and purchasing habits for targeted marketing campaigns. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve processes and procedures. 7. Assist with online promotions and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive online sales.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in an online environment. 2. Adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 3. Confident communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders effectively. 4. Strong negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate a cooperative attitude towards achieving common goals.
