Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media - Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues - Process customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Must be hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
