Online Customer Care Representative

Job description:

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices. 6. Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and priorities. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Comfortable working remotely and using online communication tools.
