Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at Coca-Cola European Partners in Dubai. As a part-time Associate-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints satisfactorily, escalating to a supervisor when necessary - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Process orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement - Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to better assist customers - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer situations with grace - Independent and able to work autonomously - People management skills to handle various customer personalities - Planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
