Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Ryder System is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be driven and resilient individuals with strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms - Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with website navigation and troubleshooting for customers - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service roles - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
