Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description: CVS Health is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a strong commitment to providing exceptional online customer care.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels including email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and resilient attitude towards providing excellent customer care - Strong innovation and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Familiarity with online customer care platforms and tools
