Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Navient in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing support to customers through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role and possess a resourceful and hardworking personality.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and address any concerns - Assist with tracking and analyzing customer service metrics to improve processes - Implement creative solutions to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Creativity and planning skills to develop innovative customer service strategies - Resourcefulness and ability to adapt to change - Flexibility to work part-time hours with remote work options
