Online Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at Danaher in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Team player with excellent decision-making skills. 4. Proficient in computer skills and experience with CRM software. 5. Prior experience in online customer service preferred. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. 7. Resilient attitude towards handling challenging customer situations.
