Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

W.R. Berkley is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a confident and hardworking individual who possesses strong time management skills and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Collaborate with other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
