Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at Western Union in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide information to customers regarding products, services, and transactions. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Assist customers with navigation and troubleshooting on our online platform. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. 6. Utilize critical thinking and analysis skills to find solutions to customer problems. 7. Document all customer interactions accurately in our database.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong critical thinking and analysis skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in using computer systems and online platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
