We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Dana Holding in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of relevant experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the online customer service team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience and drive engagement - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve processes - Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they provide excellent service and represent the brand effectively - Manage customer inquiries, escalations, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an online environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resilient attitude, able to handle difficult situations with grace - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty - Experience with CRM systems and online customer service tools - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Team player with a collaborative mindset
