Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Rite Aid in Dubai. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of online customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online customer service operations - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer interactions and respond promptly to inquiries and complaints - Train and supervise a team of online customer service representatives - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in online customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Presentation skills and adaptability to changing situations - Experience managing a team is preferred
