Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Train and onboard new customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in online customer service or related field - Proven experience managing a team of customer service representatives - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Resilient and motivated to exceed customer expectations - Proficient in project management and research skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
