Job Description:
Publix Super Markets is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online customer service team, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience for our online shoppers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures. 3. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to improve the online shopping experience for customers. 5. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly. 6. Conduct regular training and development sessions for the online customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online retail environment. 2. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
