Online Customer Service Officer

Job description:

Freddie Mac is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for an energetic and hardworking individual with excellent decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
