Job Description:
Exelon, a leading energy provider in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Online Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assisting customers with order processing, product information, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 3. Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences. 7. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 3. Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers. 5. Emotional intelligence to effectively manage customer inquiries and complaints. 6. Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
