Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Union Pacific is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through online platforms. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problems. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer service experience.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an online environment. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong adaptability and persuasion skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
