Online Customer Service Representative

As an Online Customer Service Representative at SpartanNash in Abu Dhabi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online shoppers. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing online orders, resolving issues, and providing product information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values in all interactions with customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be able to work evenings and weekends - Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
