Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who possess strong persuasion and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various online platforms in a timely and professional manner - Process online orders and ensure accurate delivery to customers - Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools
