Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Rite Aid is seeking an Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The Online Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a digital environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing solutions that meet their needs. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist customers with online orders, product information, and account inquiries. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall online shopping experience. 6. Stay up to date on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve processes and communication.


Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits for working in a fast-paced online environment. 2. Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on customer needs. 6. Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
