Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Big Lots, a leading retail company, is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and confident in their ability to provide exceptional support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. 2. Persuasive and able to resolve conflicts in a positive manner. 3. Passion for providing excellent customer service. 4. Confidence in handling challenging situations. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Experience in customer service is a plus but not required. 7. Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.
