Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Amphenol, a leading technology company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Assist in troubleshooting customer problems and provide timely and effective solutions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and data - Work closely with the customer success manager to develop and implement customer success strategies - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service


Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits to effectively handle customer interactions - Strong cooperation and adaptability skills to work well in a team-oriented environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus - Must be a resident of Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate - Must be eligible for Visa sponsorship in the UAE
