Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Toys “R” Us in Dubai is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and hardworking.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat, to provide support and assistance with online purchases, inquiries, and issues - Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience online - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide product recommendations and guidance to customers based on their needs and preferences - Assist with order tracking, shipping inquiries, and returns processing - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong problem-solving and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and hardworking attitude - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
