Job Description:
Lincoln National is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of reliability and energy. Key soft skills required for this role include leadership and time management.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to online clients, via email, phone, and live chat - Assist customers with account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting - Educate customers on product features and benefits - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer usage and engagement with the online platform - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online products and services - Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system accordingly - Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Previous experience in customer service or online support roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently - Must be reliable, energetic, and able to adapt to changing priorities - Experience with online platforms or e-commerce is a plus
