Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via online platforms to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct research to understand customer preferences and trends in order to provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and retention rates - Persuade customers to upgrade services or products through effective communication and relationship building - Respond to customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and confidence - Utilize company equipment to efficiently manage customer accounts and track progress

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to various online platforms - Strong research skills to gather insights and trends in customer behavior - Confidence and persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and outcomes - Previous experience in a customer success or customer service role is preferred - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
