Job Description:
Dean Foods is seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with online customers via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries and provide support - Assist with managing online customer accounts and orders - Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer experience - Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies for customer retention and growth - Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance the overall online customer experience - Create and maintain documentation for online customer success processes and procedures - Assist with special projects as needed to support the online customer success team
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Driven and motivated personality traits - Strong strategic planning and creativity soft skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience with online customer service platforms is a plus
