Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

AbbVie is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our online customers by providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist online customers with any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have via phone, email, or chat - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and confident personality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms
