Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and resilient Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at Lithia Motors in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success.


Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with online customers to ensure their needs are being met and their expectations are exceeded - Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and drive continuous improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with key accounts to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns - Provide product training and guidance to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our offerings - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify at-risk accounts and proactively address potential issues - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate communication and problem resolution - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to inform strategy and decision-making


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on online customer success - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Experience using data analytics tools to drive decision-making - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
