Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


CMS Energy is seeking an experienced Online Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in our online services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and optimize the online customer experience - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Create and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in an online environment - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Attention to detail and innovation in problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
