Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Eversource Energy is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, the Online Customer Success Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction in our online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with navigating our online services and troubleshooting technical problems - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our online platforms - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our online services effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Strong people management and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with online customer support platforms is a plus
