Job Description:
Steel Dynamics is seeking an Online Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is reliable, independent, creative, and has a knack for strategic planning.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and build relationships with online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for enhancing the customer experience. 5. Monitor customer success metrics and develop reports to track progress and identify areas for growth. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to customers. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success initiatives and programs. 8. Contribute to the overall success of the company by supporting other departments as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Demonstrated creativity and strategic planning skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
