Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and independent Online Customer Success Officer to join our team at Dubai Marina. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via online channels, such as email, chat, and social media, to ensure a positive customer experience. 2. Provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer retention and satisfaction. 4. Monitor customer feedback and proactively address any trends or issues. 5. Work with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggestions for product improvements. 6. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction metrics and present findings to management.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently present information to customers. 2. Strong persuasion skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Experience using CRM software and other customer service tools. 5. Familiarity with online customer service platforms and social media management. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
